We provide an in-depth will as a sole service, or you can choose two wills for an additional £100. This option is designed for individuals who require more detailed and personalised arrangements that go beyond the standard provisions of a simple or comprehensive will. Each in-depth will is drafted by a qualified lawyer, ensuring your wishes are accurately documented, legally secure, and tailored to reflect your personal and family circumstances with precision. With an in-depth will, you receive the added benefit of direct communication with your lawyer, either by phone or video. This personal contact ensures that any complex requirements, sensitive instructions, or additional questions are fully understood and addressed. By taking this approach, we combine the convenience of a digital service with the assurance of professional guidance, giving you confidence that every aspect of your estate planning is handled carefully and without ambiguity.

Added Protection With Lasting Powers Of Attorney

Our in-depth service also includes the option to set up lasting powers of attorney, although this feature is not available to customers in Scotland and will require additional court fees. This inclusion provides stronger protection by enabling you to appoint trusted individuals to make decisions should you be unable to do so. Once you complete our contact form, we will reach out to progress your instructions and prepare the documents within a structured process.

In-Depth Last Will and LPA

This form allows us to know how we can help you. There are two service options, one for a sole customer and one for two customers who want Wills that mirror in terms of beneficiaries. We can complete Lasting Power of Attorney applications for you, but please note our fee does not include the court fee, which for each form is currently £82. We can’t offer our LPA service to customers in Scotland. Questions marked with a asterisk must be answered.

We ask for your age to ensure we provide the most relevant advice for your current life stage (e.g., Inheritance Tax planning or appointing guardians).

Please give the address you currently live at. We will use this to send out your Will once we’ve written it. You don’t necessarily have to change your Will if you change your address in future, however some people do choose to update their Will if they move.
