This option is designed for individuals who require more detailed and personalised arrangements that go beyond the standard provisions of a simple or comprehensive will. Each in-depth will is drafted by a qualified lawyer, ensuring your wishes are accurately documented, legally secure, and tailored to reflect your personal and family circumstances with precision. Added Protection With Lasting Powers Of Attorney

Our in-depth service also includes the option to set up lasting powers of attorney, although this feature is not available to customers in Scotland and will require additional court fees. This inclusion provides stronger protection by enabling you to appoint trusted individuals to make decisions should you be unable to do so. In-Depth Last Will and LPA

This form allows us to know how we can help you. There are two service options, one for a sole customer and one for two customers who want Wills that mirror in terms of beneficiaries. We can complete Lasting Power of Attorney applications for you, but please note our fee does not include the court fee, which for each form is currently £82. We can’t offer our LPA service to customers in Scotland. Questions marked with a red asterisk must be answered.
